Macau 澳门 & Hong Kong 香港 - Aug' 2007

Half year down the road, at the end of July 2007, me and another high school mate (Stanley spent 6 days in Macau and Hong Kong. Coincidently, it was my 10 years anniversary since I last visited Hong Kong.

Our trip kicked off with 2-day in Macau, reknowned for the St. Paul Ruin 大三巴牌坊, Guia Lighthouse 東望洋燈塔, Fort Monte 砲台, A-Ma Temple 媽祖廟 and Macau Tower 澳門塔.

這是通往大三八的主要街道. 一般上遊客們都在此掀開澳門之旅的序幕. 我也如此!

I was on first day out to St. Paul Ruin. The sign post was erected on the side of high street towards the ruin.
這是我首天到大三巴牌坊觀光.這指示牌就設立於往大三巴的購物區旁.

這張照片是萬家燈火的十分捕抓的. 和以往一樣, 我習慣到同一個景點兩次, 一是早上和另一次是晚上以得到不同的感覺.

Guia Lighthouse is the highest point in Macau peninsula.
東望洋燈塔豎立在澳門半島的最峰點.

This is the famous Macau Tower. This is the another main Macau tourist spot completed after the new millenium. Refer to literature, the tower is the 8th tallest in Asia and 10th tallest in the world. Whoever visiting Macau must go up to the tower to enjoy the panoramic view of Macau from the very top.
這就是聞名遐邇的澳門塔. 它在千禧年過後在竣工的另一個澳門主要景點. 從文摘上得知澳門塔是全亞洲第八高和全球第十高 .到澳門必定要到此地以從高出瞭望整個澳門的景觀.

A-Ma Temple is a worshipper place to devote the Goddess of seafarer. This is another tourist magnate at the southern tip of Macau main island.
媽閣廟是信徒供奉媽祖的聖地.它是澳門搬到南部的另一個最吸引遊客群的觀光地.從照片上可以看到遊客和信徒絡繹不絕地在媽閣廟留下腳步.

Tai Lei Loi Kei Cafe is selling the most famous Macau style Pork Burger. Still remember everytime when there is food programme in Macau, they will always pay homage to this restaurant. The top Taiwan food programme "Mei Shi Da San Tong" was one of them. Frankly, the pork bun was not cheap, it cost twelve dollar each (Ringgit Malaysia 5.5). The size of the bun was big, the taste is pretty good. However, I think the bun should be complimented with some sort of condiment because it was slightly dry.
最著名的澳門豬扒包就在此"大利來記"咖啡廳找到.記得每當電視上播放澳門的美食節目都會拜會這餐廳.台灣出名的"美食大三通"就是其中一個羅.說實話,這豬扒包的價錢可不便宜, 一個就要十二元(馬幣五塊半).這包的分量也算大,味道蠻好的.但是,我覺得豬扒包欠缺了配醬,顯得有點乾.

Restaurant Yi Shun is reknowned for dessert. Here you could find exotic double-skin milk (which was made with fresh milk and egg white) and ginger flavoured milk (of course made with milk and ginger juice). Amazing! Stanley was enjoying his bowl of dessert happily.
義順牛奶餐廳最著名的是甜品.在這裡你能找到聞名遠近的雙皮奶(聽說是用鮮牛奶和蛋白做的)和薑撞奶(當然是用鮮牛奶和薑汁燉製的).超好吃!文少在哪裡吃的津津樂道.

The Giant Kun Yum was a 20-meter high bronze statue built on a man-made island at the southern tip of Macau peninsula. There is a Buddhism exhibition center on the foot of the statue. 這雄偉的二十米高青銅觀音像豎立在澳門半島最南部的人工島上. 觀音像的底部是佛教文化中心.

On the third day into our trip, we travelled to Hong Kong the the most convenient way - high speed ferry called Turbojet. The crossing cost us HKD145 per person one way. It was an effortless 50 mins rides across the straits. The place we disembarked Hong Kong - Macau Ferry Terminal at Sheung Wan.

在行程的第三天,我們應用最方便的方法去香港-乘坐飛船.這行程的旅費是145港元單人單程.這愉快的50分鐘橫跨港澳之間的海峽.我們抵達香港,從上灣的港澳碼頭下船.
